W91ZRS-10-C-0004: TFI Upgrade Engine Shop Project
Bradley Air National Guard Base, Connecticut
This project consisted of renovations and additions to an aircraft jet/turbine engine maintenance/repair facility located at the Bradley
Air National Guard Base, East Granby, CT. The existing 11,000 sqft building was selectively demolished for new interior finishes, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection
systems, and the connection of a 8000 sqft administrative addition to the West and a 16,000 sqft addition to the East. The project was completed in two phases to allow the
Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) Lab to function throughout construction.

W912LD-10-C-0002: New Air Traffic Control Tower
Quonset Point Air Station, Rhode Island
This project consisted of construction of a new 7000 square foot air traffic control tower in North Kingstown, RI. This specialty building has a 3000 square foot
footprint and the 30 x 30 tower rises from the center to a height of 100 ft. The RI ANG solicited this project as a best value RFP to replace their existing control tower.
Cutter was awarded this contract based on a history of exceptional experience with the National Guard Bureau and competitive pricing. Also included in the project scope
is the installation of a seven stop electric traction gearless elevator system.

N40085-11-C-7244: Senior Enlisted Academy
Newport Naval Station, Rhode Island
The scope of this project included renovations of an existing four story dormitory building totaling approximately 48,000 sqft. The project included complete removal of the exterior wall system due to a failed EIFS exterior envelope. The building was constructed in late 1980’s and requires a complete exterior envelope replacement.
